did not have all the materials needed to put it
together.

she printed them on a quality brochure paper for me

Barb is passionate about helping others; meeting their needs at both a professional and personal level so no job seems too insignificant. She builds and maintains her business through providing a relationship of service and support that goes above and beyond. What initially began for me as lessons in making better use of Microsoft Office tools soon expanded to discovering the endless techniques for creating unique PowerPoint presentations to more powerfully educate and impact my audiences. The great value in working with Barb was that the learning was personalized to what I needed to know according to my time parameters and thus not dictated by a class schedule. Computers have become a necessary tool in today's
business environment. While they may save time in
many ways, they can also be a big consumer of time
(in my opinion)...of which none of us have
enough. I really never liked computers. They can
easily derail a perfectly wonderful day! They don’t
seem logical and I am; so I am often frustrated by
their inability to do something; or, frustrated
because they are doing something they shouldn't be
doing.
Then I met Barb. There is hope for me. Barb
knows how to make your computer your friend
instead of your enemy; and makes it all seem so
simple. She simply figured out the problems and
explained them to me in non-technical terms so I
could understand. My experience is that anyone
who knows computers can usually figure out the
problem The key is communicating it to the client
in a way they can understand. Most computer
people simply don't do that. Barb does exactly
that. I am actually starting to look forward to
learning more. That, in itself is a miracle!
While Barb is truly awesome at the technical
aspects of computers and a wonderful teacher, her
appreciation of, and service to, her clients is second
to none. As a client, I really appreciate her timely
responsiveness even when she's busy! Barb has also
